Ancient Grains
Your favorite baked goods, enhanced with ancient grains.
Ancient grains are the predecessors to modern wheat, which is your standard off-the-shelf flour. These grains have remained mostly unchanged over time, and include familiar flour such as rye, as well as less familiar flours, such as buckwheat, spelt, and einkorn. Providing robust and distinct flavors, ancient grains create food like you have never tasted…before now.

Why eat something if it's only good, not great?
Our goal is to make baked goods that taste great. While we try to maintain the essence of the item, we strive to elevate it in ways others might not. Befitting the name, this often includes integrating ancient grains, which do an excellent job of adding dimension to a baked goods’ flavor profile.
We strive to be as inclusive as possible, so you will find that many of our goodies are vegan. Our guiding principle extends here as well: if we have yet to find a way to make a vegan version just as great as the original, we won't sell it.
